Meet the Brewers

Our head brewer is Jono Beazley of Stoic Brewing, renowned as one of the coast’s best and most accomplished brewers. Tackling brewing as a combination of art and science, Jono not only is the brewer for Stoic but he also collaborates with Andrew Prosser, owner of Stoic, and Jeremy Corfield, co-owner of the Dromedary Hotel, to create craft beers for Tilba Brewing Co that consistently deliver a high quality, highly ‘drinkable’ experience.
