This is a full time position based in Broulee on the beautiful South Coast of NSW.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the brewing process, including cleaning and sanitising equipment, monitoring fermentation, and packaging.
Learn to operate brewing equipment and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Support inventory management and supply chain processes.
Participate in taste testing and quality control.
General Bar and Brewery duties.
Must have a valid RSA.
