    Stoic Brewing

Gerringong locals, Father and Son Steve and Andrew, founded Stoic in 2018 with a vision of creating a space where the community can come together and enjoy locally brewed beer and cider in amongst the vats. A place that feels like home with a community of people that feel like family.

Our most important goal at Stoic is to brew the best beer that we possibly can and to maintain a very high standard of product and service. We invest in quality ingredients, always pursuing excellence, for a great brew is created not just with shovelfuls of random grain and hops, but each one is specifically designed by our passionate brew team to contain the maximum amount of flavour. We research and invest time and knowledge into each stage of making each beer, love the challenge of creating new beer styles with new and exciting hops and ingredients, and we chase perfection in every Stoic brew.

As production increases and we move forward in expanding our business to meet the growing demand, we focus strongly on having a dedicated team in all aspects of the brewery who love working together. Its important to us for all of our staff to feel valued and cared for just as we do for other local businesses, community groups and individuals where we enjoy strong relationships and mutual support.

Our little town of Gerringong where the owners were born and raised, is growing and developing with its discovery, new found popularity and beautiful seaside position. We feel very appreciative and excited that Stoic Brewing is amidst it all and can offer that unique and personal experience of local on site, handcrafted, quality craft beer..

    Broulee Brewhouse

Broulee Brewhouse is a purpose built brewery with a fantastic indoor/outdoor vibe, we have a lively beer garden that is sunny, open and relaxed. We are local owners and feel very connected to the community around us.

We offer 10 beers on tap and a range of organic wines and non alcoholic options. Our food offerings are ever changing and reflect the produce that is seasonal around us. We have  light tapas style share plate options for you to sit back and relax the arvo away!

Born out of mateship and the bushfires, Broulee Brewhouse was formed!

We constantly came back to the major issue in Broulee when discussing all things life after a hard slog at Tennis.. We need a place to go and have a beer and catch up with mates.
Broulee Brewhouse opened mid Dec 2021, straight into holiday busy periods. We have been so proud and blown away with the following of locals and tourists that have flocked to the open space for a cold beer after brushing off the sand and salt.

We brew our own beer right here as you walk through the doors,we have 10 beers on tap including cider and ginger beer. Local wine where possible and organic varieties are available as well as some natural non alcoholic drink options that are made in house.

Our kitchen offers a variety of share plate style meals, plenty of flavour and deliciousness! The menu is ever changing to reflect our local offerings. Usually you can find Clyde river oysters, fish tacos, salt and pepper squid, fries and tasty hot wings and many more.

We have live music every weekend, with lots of local muso’s showcasing their amazing talents! The ambience is acoustic, sunny outdoor sets that create a very chilled out and lively vibe at times.

We work closely with many local community groups like the Broulee Surfers Surf Life Saving Club, Eurobodalla Netball Association and The Broulee Dolphins rugby club. We want to really immerse ourselves in the Broulee community and feel connected to our locals as much as we can.

Our Manager David has years of hospitality experience and has set the place up. He’s done a great job with the young team of staff and created a real family feel brewery. It’s been such an exciting journey so far.

    Resin Brewing

On the panoramic NSW South Coast, where the mountains meet the sea, we found the perfect location to make craft beer: Bulli Railway Guest House. Once derelict, this historic building on the train line dates back to 1887, previously welcoming tourists to the region with an abiding tradition of hospitality, that we have continued with our gastro-brewpub offering handcrafted Bulli beers and a food menu to match. Offering three distinct entertaining areas, you can choose from our restored ‘Heritage House’ rooms, ‘The Bar’ housing our brewery and cellar or chill on the spacious ‘Deck’ in the sun under the Japanese Elm.

Resin Brewing bought the Railway Guest House site in 2017. We spent two long years transforming the crumbling, termite infested, graffiti-scrawled building into the microbrewery and brewpub we dreamed of, with a design that conserves the rich heritage of the site. Bit by bit, our dream for a contemporary family-friendly brewpub took shape, guided by a vision: to evolve Australia’s tradition of ‘the local’ into a community gathering place where everyone’s in their element.

We craft all our beers in small(ish) 1000 litre batches and we favour suppliers of like mind. In our brewery, we use mostly Australian-grown artisanal malt from Voyager Craft Malt. And because not everyone’s a beer drinker (what!?) we’ve teamed with small batch specialist Carillion Wines on an exclusive wine list featuring their sought after Rogue craft series.

We ‘love’ our hops, so they dominate the landscape where warranted, but we know how to send them to the backseat when required for specific styles. Our Tap list is always broad and rotated constantly (weekly) to ensure everyone is kept on their toes and experiencing new things.

  • 1 South Yeast Taproom

    South Yeast Brewing

South Yeast Brewing, based in North Nowra, surrounded by the beautiful outdoors of the South Coast, Shoalhaven region. We are community focused, family/pet friendly, small batch brewery, aiming to deliver craft beer in all varieties of style, for all beer lovers. We believe in good beer, good times and good culture, focusing on promoting live music and local food trucks. Come grab a beer at the bar or grab a take away, growler and squealers available, see you soon.

South Yeast Brewing, established in 2020 is the dream of local twin brothers Joey and Simon Panucci. It all started with widely appreciated home brews at local parties and gigs. So Joey set about to chase his dream and put South Yeast Brewing together. Both Joey and Simon are a part of the ‘Brew Team’, Joey the Head Brewer and Simon the Brew Hand.

As the only full time staff, both contribute to all the work, Joey with his recipes and Simon doing the art for the brewery. There is a strong community vibe at the brewery with locals and landmarks included in some of the beer art. It's a friendly, welcoming space for families, friends and pets. No TV's hanging on the walls, just music, brews and food promoting good old fashioned connection. There is a strong local base of talent, with guest brewers and collaborations being made with local food trucks and musicians to
    keep the place vibing.

The brewery itself is set up to do double batching to produce a 400l output on a brew day. With its smaller output the focus of the brewing is to keep a consistent variety of beer available on the taps, while cycling a new beer every month or so. As a brewery still in the early stages of business we have a growth plan of providing a quality product which we aim to be selling in bottle shops and at local bars soon. We hope to see you at the brewery!

  • Dromaderry Hotel2

    Tilba Brewing Co

As owners and operators of the iconic Dromedary Hotel, we quickly learned that there is strong demand for great quality local beer. Tilba Brewing Co. works with our partners at Stoic Brewing to develop uniquely crafted beers, created and delivered to our own exacting recipes and sold exclusively at ‘The Drom’, on tap and by the can

Central Tilba is a very special place. On Yuin country, at the base of Mount Gulaga, this uniquely beautiful area has been lush and verdant for thousands of years. Located in a conservation area, the heritage buildings of our villages are an unmissable destination when visiting the beautiful NSW south coast.

Tilba Brewing Co was created when we, as owners of the iconic Dromedary Hotel, identified a strong demand for authentic, high quality craft beer that was ‘of this place’. We chose to work with another great south coast family-owned and run business, Stoic Brewing, to develop and bring to market some of the best craft brews in the region.

The Dromedary Hotel is a 126 year old pub that sits at the very heart of Central Tilba. Built from the wood of whaling boats from Bermagui harbour, the Drom was originally a coffee palace, serving early inhabitants of the TIlbas, and the miners drawn here by the discovery of gold in the foothills of Gulaga.

Today, the Drom continues to be the heartbeat of these towns, ‘the best pub in Tilba’, now producing ‘the best beer in Tilba’!

    Reub Goldberg Brewing

Tarrawanna’s secret spot! Reub Goldberg Brewing Machine is a microbrewery and taproom nestled under the escarpment in the Illawarra. Built for beer lovers by beer lovers. The intricate, manual brewhouse was custom designed by the creators to maximise the sensory experience of brewing beer and is a real locals favourite. With good vibes and a sunny beer garden, our focus on fresh, sustainably made & well crafted brews makes this simply a lovely spot to spend the afternoon. Pet friendly with Taco Pop Up stall and live music to boot.

The Reub Goldberg Brewing Machine is the culmination of many thousands of hours on a bicycle, in the middle of nowhere via every brewery possible. RGBM creators Billy & Anna pedalled the West Coast of the America’s for a year on the ultimate market research journey and their brewhouse design is the brainchild of the hills and vast spaces, and many taste tests along the way. We love beer.

We enjoy brewing it even more than we enjoy drinking it. That’s why we designed our brewhouse to be such a hands on system that allows us great control and flexibility in the brewing process. All our beers are made in-house on our one of a kind ‘Rube Goldbergesque’ manually focused system. Our small size allows for a guaranteed freshness of product and the small batch capability enables great variety.

Situated in a small suburb just north of Wollongong, our taproom has become the classic local village pub that just happens to brew it’s own great beer. We’ve taken the old Belgian proverb ‘A beer should be drunk in the shadow of the brewery in which it was made’ to heart. It encapsulates our hyper-local focus, freshness of product, building of community and sustainable living. Our small brewery has become a real gathering spot for all generations of folk living within a small radius, our locals know us well and are largely responsible for the welcoming vibe. Live music, beer festivals and local food pop-ups are often part of our line-up, we love dogs in the beer garden and local food from
the neighbouring restaurants, or home, enjoyed in-house with our BYO food policy.

Fresh, really good beer, sustainably made is what we’re about. We have a small team of highly trained people, all of whom share our commitment to sustainability and quality. The sunshine above powers our brewery, we’re very focussed on efficiency with our processes and water use, and our sourcing and disposal of ingredients is always thoughtfully done. To date our only packaged products are stainless steel growlers. Filled under pressure and infinitely reusable, we run them as a swap’n’go system.

We believe all good beer styles deserve showcasing, so there’s usually a diverse range of beers to be had and we rarely follow the trends. We structure the taplist in the order of how we would drink it, and always aim to keep a selection of easy-drinkers, hoppy monsters, darks and sours in the mix to suit every palate. Whilst we like to change it up, we have a weakness for exquisitely hopped New World Lagers, so keep an eye out for our ‘Tarrawanna Export Range’. Our brewery is fiercely independent, locally owned and run…just how the locals like it!

  • Jervis Bay Brewing Co 450x329

    Jervis Bay Brewing

Jervis Bay Brewing Co. is  all about putting fun before formality, people before profit and nature before numbers. Yes, we take our brewing very seriously, but never ourselves. We always find time to stop, smile and appreciate just how lucky we are to be in such a beautiful place, doing what we love. Preferably over a beer, or three.

Jervis Bay Brewing Co  offers award winning beers in a relaxing sanctuary on the outskirts of Huskisson. From the moment you arrive, the beer garden will greet you like a backyard party: picnic benches shaded by big umbrellas, scattered plants, and a fire pit for chilly evenings.  Between visitors and locals sipping at tasting paddles, dogs lazing in the sun, and kids climbing on the play equipment, we’ve created a space for you to come spend a good time, and a long time.

Jervis bay is one of the most beautiful places in the world and we believe it's our responsibility to help keep it that way

    Brewing What's Right

We’re on a mission to brew craft beers of the highest quality, and to do it in the most environmentally-responsible way we possibly can. Seriously, how could we not, given the incredible beauty of our own backyard and the amazing creatures that we share it with?
Jervis Bay is surrounded by some of Australia’s most majestic national parks, and our white sandy beaches, well, they’re pristine and glorious.
Helping to keep this place beautiful is a huge part of what we do. From the raw ingredients we hand-select and the methods we use to brew our beers, to our packaging and recycling initiatives, we’re constantly striving to do things even better than before. And we always will.
It’s all about brewing what’s right.

    Locals Supporting Locals

We’re massive believers in the power of togetherness. That’s why pretty much everything we do is about bringing people and communities closer together through awesome beers and even better experiences. As proud locals ourselves, we love being active in the Bay and Basin community, supporting local clubs and charities and using local businesses whenever we can. Right now, we’re sponsoring the Huskisson Vincentia Football Club and every month we choose a new not-for-profit who we help financially. Throughout the year our Huskisson brewery and taproom can also be made available for community events.

    Camelrock Brewery

Our laid back American style menu is designed to complement the brews that are produced onsite at the microbrewery. Meals have an American influence including burgers, ribs and salads. Whether you are after a small snack or a hearty burger, there is something to please everyone on the menu, plus a selection of beers, wines, ciders, soft drinks, and spirits to quench your thirst.

Camel Rock Brewery, Bar & Grill is the first Micro-Brewery and Bistro on the Sapphire Coast of NSW and the first Micro-Brewery & Bistro built in a Holiday Park in the world. The Brewery & Bistro are located in the historic Allawah House that was originally built on Paynes Island at Wallaga Lake Bridge in 1917 and was moved to its present location in 1932 and was used as the family home while the property was a white nectarine farm.

In the late 1960s, the farm was sold and converted to a Caravan Park and the building was extended and converted into five flats. In 2016 renovations commenced to convert the Flats into a Micro-Brewery & Bistro and it opened Easter 2017.

Combining 30+ years of brewing experience, Camel Rock Brewery produces quality beers in a wide range of styles, from pales to porters, saisons and barrel-aged old ales and more. Sourcing local malts from Voyager Malt, local hops from Ryefield Farm and other native ingredients like wattleseed and pigface flowers, they are all about brewing local, for the community and all the visitors to our little part of the world.

    Seeker Brewing

Seeker Brewing is situated on the coastline of Wollongong, just under the Illawarra escarpment in Dharawal country. From the vibrant music scene and a thirst for adventure – fostered by mountains and surf – Seeker Brewing was born.

Cliché slogans are hard to avoid with Seeker Brewing, but they are simply apt. After all, we are seekers. Seekers of great beer, bangin' swell, the alps, trails and good music.

We believe our Seeker brews pair perfectly with a post-adventure afternoon sunset, shared with like-minded souls and great friends.

The brewery is conveniently situated in the industrial part of Unanderra on the south side of the gong, where we have a selection of 12 taps, a pool table and a basketball hoop. Seeker brewing aims to be the space where all seekers, locals and travelers alike come together, bond over their shared love of fun and delicious crafty ales
